for kids as well as adhering to scientific developmental principles
about the specific types of skills we train at different ages.
SuperSpeed knows that between the ages of 5-7 the window for
developing fast twitch muscle fibers and fast neuromuscular reaction
speed is open as much as it will ever be for a developing athlete.
SuperSpeed has developed the PeeWee Set to do just this and create a
super fun protocol to ensure that every young golfer has the chance
to maximize their speed potential! The SuperSpeed PeeWee Set
includes 3 SuperSpeed Clubs specifically designed for our youngest
junior golfers. SuperSpeed has balanced the length of the club, the
grip size, and the shaft flexes to optimize the effectiveness of
early childhood speed development!

concept of overspeed training for many years with their private
clients and have found that using lighter weight clubs in specific
training regimens would help every golfer increase swing speed,
maximize bio-mechanical efficiency, improve consistency in ball
striking, and reduce many common swing flaws caused by inefficient
sequencing of the golf swing.
• The Science – behind the
super speed training system is multifaceted. First of all, stiffer
shafts force you to swing more aggressively to fully load the club,
naturally resulting in more speed. Secondly, the weight sequencing
protocols are very specific also helping you to increase clubhead
speed by improving your rotational speed and promoting consistently
solid and stable balance. Determining the optimal weighting
