The Science – behind the super speed
training system is multifaceted. First of all, stiffer shafts force
you to swing more aggressively to fully load the club, naturally
resulting in more speed. Secondly, the weight sequencing protocols
are very specific also helping you to increase clubhead speed by
improving your rotational speed and promoting consistently solid and
stable balance. Determining the optimal weighting breakdown of the
SuperSpeed golf clubs is the key and designing effective training

The Set – includes three training clubs the first of
which is about 20% lighter than your driver, the second is about 10%
lighter and the third about 5% heavier. All varieties of the
protocol will require that you always swing all three of the clubs
in a light to heavy progression.

minutes each for optimal results. So, with just 30 minutes of work
